    Job Title: Data Coordinator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our growing team. This role involves managing data integrity across platforms, generating reports to support business operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows. The ideal candidate will also assist in processing payroll and maintaining accurate records.

    Responsibilities

    + Clean, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources.

    + Ensure data integrity across platforms and generate reports and dashboards.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows.

    + Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

    + Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.

    + Maintain payroll records, including wages, deductions, benefits, and garnishments.

    + Prepare and submit reports, and assist with audits as needed.

    + Process new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments in the payroll system.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.

    + 3+ years of full-cycle data entry and/or payroll processing experience.

    + Knowledge of ERP platforms and payroll systems (such as ADP, Paycom, or Kronos).

    + Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

    + High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + Experience in manufacturing is a plus.

    + Experience with benefits, garnishments, accruals, labor, and adjustments is a plus.

     

    Work Environment

     

    + The position is fully in-office, working alongside the Data Coordination and Payroll teams. You will collaborate with two other Data Coordinators and report to the Payroll Manager. The standard hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of overtime. The role is integral to a growing team that has expanded from 3,400 to 4,600 employees without any layoffs.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    + This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rincon, Georgia.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
