You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: + Receive, enter and process customer orders and “share-the-spare” requests from branches, ASCs, FSCs and other service hub + Research lost inventory + Create TOs for outbound shipments when needed + Metric performance reporting as requested + Assist with training as needed + Practice 6S and adhere to all safety requirements in work area + Take appropriate corrective action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction + Physically count components and parts to correlate with in-house inventory + Update transactions in Oracle & Korber + Responsible for Oracle & Korber discrepancy resolution + Oversee cycle count process + Manage forward picks, parts market slotting and optimization + Review credits, cycle counts, transfer orders, purchase orders and other inventory related transactions and be able to prepare month-end financial reports + Conducts daily, detailed research of cycle count variances, providing root causes + Reports cycle count statuses to include, but not limited to dollar/piece variances, cycle count completion, and inventory accuracy ratings + Maintain inventory integrity for rework projects + Schedule manual cycle counts to support variance research + Receive parts and tools + Support the MCPS function for reporting receipt quality issues (variances, product quality etc) for both OB and 3PL The TOOLS you’ll bring with you: + High School or GED diploma required + Basic math (advanced math skills preferred) and computer skills required + Proficient typing and ten key skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office + Oracle and Korber experience required + High attention to detail Physical and Weightlifting Demands: + Be able to stand for up to 8 hours/day + Repetitive motion + Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds The physical and weightlifting demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
