Description
**Astronics Luminescent Systems Inc** . in **Lebanon, NH** is looking for a dedicated and passionate HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team and help us achieve our organizational goals.You will serve as the primary HR point of contact providing first line support for Human Resource functions.
What You’ll Do:
+ Partner with HR leadership and departmental/client group leadership to drive organizational excellence and achieve strategic goals.
+ Interpret and provide counsel on company policies, procedures, and HR programs.
+ Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by developing and delivering integrated and inclusive HR services in areas such as strategy development, organization design, talent management, and change management.
+ Drive the recruitment process by integrating high-level talent management and workforce planning objectives and continually optimizing recruitment strategies.
+ Recommend employee relations practices that establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote high employee morale.
+ Train and coach others in HR laws such as EEOC, Worker’s Compensation, FLSA, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and other applicable regulations.
+ Maintain business literacy to provide a consultative approach to HR services, leveraging HR and business skills to influence leadership decisions.
+ Collaborate with HR functional partners to execute human resources strategies that support business growth and integration.
+ Specialize in specific HR functions such as training, compensation, benefits, HRIS, or technical recruiting.
+ Ensure knowledge of SOX / 404 internal audit controls and related documentation.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related fields or equivalent required.
+ 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources activities, preferably in the aerospace industry.
+ At least 2 years of recruitment experience.
+ SPHR certification preferred.
+ Proven experience in managing multiple projects with strong prioritization skills.
+ Proven consulting and/or change management experience.
+ Proven knowledge of HR industry practices.
+ Experience in integration and strategic planning.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Comfort with facilitation and presentation skills.
+ Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
+ Ability to influence and partner within an organization to drive business results.
+ Proven ability to manage conflict and challenge organizational thinking.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality in human resources work.
Additional Information:
+ Flexible 9/80 schedule (9-hour days Mon-Thurs, 8-hour day on alternate Fridays).
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to _International Traffic in Arms_ (ITAR) obligations.
+ An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a pre-employment background screen and drug test.

+ Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
