    **IMAQ Resources, LLC** is seeking a highly organized and motivated **Office Administrator** to support the **Air Force Utilities Privatization (UP)** and **Enhanced Use Lease (EUL)** programs. These initiatives are transforming Air Force installations nationwide by leveraging private-sector expertise and investment to modernize and sustain critical infrastructure.

     

    As part of the IMAQ team, the **Office Administrator** will play a key role in advancing these programs by providing administrative, coordination, and documentation support that enables effective collaboration between government, industry, and program leadership

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support AFCEC UP program leadership and project managers in day-to-day administrative operations.

    + Manage document control, version tracking, and correspondence for multiple active utility privatization projects.

    + Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items to completion.

    + Maintain and organize program schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder contact lists across government, contractor, and utility partners.

    + Prepare and format briefings, reports, and internal communications in accordance with Air Force and DoD standards.

    + Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of official documentation, including contract modifications, data calls, and program updates.

    + Provide logistical and administrative support for workshops, site visits, and stakeholder engagements.

    + Track tasker deadlines and ensure alignment with established reporting requirements and program milestones.

    + Support onboarding, access requests, and records management within AFCEC and Air Force system

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    + Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience supporting federal, military, or large-scale infrastructure programs.

    + Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    + Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.

    + U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC).

    Preferred Experience:

    + Prior experience supporting AFCEC, Air Force, or other DoD program offices.

    + Familiarity with utility privatization (UP), energy or water infrastructure programs, or federal contracting environments.

    + Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and task management tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project.

    + Understanding of government correspondence formats, routing, and approval workflows.

    + Experience in a customer service oriented, contractor/government partnership environment

    + Knowledge of and/or experience with the United States Air Force and its missions and organizational structure

    + Existing NAC-I clearance
