    Job Description:

    FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

    We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented **Functional Analyst** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating document reviews, consolidating feedback from team members, and ensuring that all information is accurately recorded. You should be proficient in today’s technology, especially Microsoft Office tools, and be able to maintain organized records. While the role involves updating databases from program documentation—which can be repetitive—it is a critical task that ensures data consistency and project success.

    MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

    As a Functional Analyst, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of Program Executive Office Undersea Warfare Systems Training Readiness (PEO UWS TR) . You will play a crucial role in keeping America's Navy #1 in the word by developing, acquiring, modernizing, and maintaining the world's best Submarines and Undersea Systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Coordinate Document Reviews:** Manage the process of collecting, reviewing, and consolidating feedback from team members electronically to ensure documents are updated and aligned with project goals.

    + **Database Updates:** Efficiently update and maintain databases with information from program documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are kept.

    + **Utilize MS Products:** Leverage Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other tools to facilitate document management, tracking, and communication.

    + **Record Keeping & Organization:** Keep detailed, organized records of document revisions, feedback, and database updates, ensuring seamless access for all stakeholders.

    Required Skills:

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant technology tools.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

    + Ability to coordinate multiple document reviews and consolidate information electronically.

    + Comfortable with repetitive tasks, such as updating databases, while ensuring accuracy.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    **Ideal Candidate:** The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is highly proficient with technology. Familiar with Nautilus Virtual Desktop (NVD), ARAS/LIFT, Joint Work Order Tracking System (JWOTS) and Common Problem Reporting System (CPRS) is a plus. A self-starter who can stay organized and focused while managing both collaborative tasks and individual responsibilities. Candidate understands the importance of keeping things accurate and up-to-date, and they can work through the tedious aspects of data entry with precision.

    • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

    • Experience: 2+ years of related experience

    • Security clearance level: **Secret**

    The likely salary range for this position is $68,000 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
