RGP is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to join our Workday Consulting Practice. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to RGP clients, helping them implement, enhance, and support their Workday HCM modules. Workday HCM expertise is essential, and experience with other HCM platforms (e. . , Oracle, SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP) is considered a strong asset.

+ Act as a Workday HCM subject matter expert across modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting.

+ Lead or support Workday HCM implementations, post-production optimizations, and tenant reconfiguration projects.

+ Collaborate with client HR and IT stakeholders to define requirements, configure Workday solutions, and support testing and deployment.

+ Perform gap analysis and deliver recommendations that align Workday functionality with client business needs.

+ Provide ongoing support, including data corrections, business process updates, and Workday releases.

+ Develop and deliver functional documentation, training materials, and transfer knowledge to client teams.

+ Support change management activities to drive user adoption and ensure long-term solution success.

+ Contribute to RGP’s Workday knowledge base and help refine practice methodologies and tools.

+ Mentor junior consultants and participate in internal practice development initiatives.

+ Workday HCM experience with hands-on configuration, testing, and deployment responsibilities.

+ Deep understanding of HR processes and how they are enabled within Workday.

+ Strong client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services environment.

+ Workday certification(s) in Core HCM and/or other functional modules preferred (or must be obtained within first 6 months).

+ Experience with other HCM systems (e. . , Oracle Cloud HCM, SuccessFactors, ADP, UKG) is a plus.

+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment.

+ Remote/Hybrid Work: RGP is headquartered in Dallas, TX. We are open to candidates working on a remote basis. Occasional travel may be required for client site visits or corporate meetings, depending on project needs.

+ All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors.
