    In this role, you will:

    + Participate in gathering and summarizing prospect information for Treasury Management consultants

    + Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area

    + Review and research basic or tactical operational assignments that require evaluation and selection of alternatives, related to low to medium risk deliverables

    + Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

    + Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers

    Required Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:

    + Experience in Treasury Management Sales Support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of Merchant Services Sales and/or support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

    + 1+ year of customer service experience; preferably within the C suite level.

    + Experience in sales, sales support, or direct client contact experience preferably in the financial services industry

    + Merchant or payments processing experience

    + Good project management skills with the ability to multitask and communications skills with C-suite clients

    + Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

    + Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas

    + Proven ability to provide strong customer service and develop strong client relationships

    Job Expectations:

    + Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

    + Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

    + This position offers a hybrid work schedule

    The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $57,700 - $102,700.

     

    Salary/Hourly range is determined by location of the job.
