             We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Social Media Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of paid social creative for our global advertising campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business impact. The Social Media Campaign Manager will serve as the connective tissue between internal stakeholders, creative agencies, and cross-functional teams to ensure all social content is on-brand, on-strategy, and optimized for performance. This role requires strong organizational and project management skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit. The Social Media Campaign Manager will have experience on the best-practices and trends, particularly in the paid space. Responsibilities Campaign Management + Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across platforms. + Ensure campaigns align with brand strategy, audience insights, and business objectives. Agency & Creative Oversight + Brief creative and media agencies with clear strategic direction and deliverables. + Review creative concepts and assets with internal stakeholders, providing actionable feedback. + Ensure all content adheres to platform best practices and brand guidelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration + Coordinate with marketing, social teams PR, product, media and analytics teams to align messaging and timelines. + Manage stakeholder reviews, approvals, and feedback loops efficiently. Project & Process Management + Own the social media content calendar, review process and QA, and campaign timelines. + Track deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple teams and projects. + Ongoing review, testing, and incorporation of AI innovation into processes and to drive efficiencies and learnings. Performance & Optimization + Partner with media and analytics teams to understand creative performance and build test and learn plans. + Use insights to inform future creative direction and content strategy. + Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices. + Collaborate with platform partners (META, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, X). + Embody our Culture (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/about/corporate-values) and Values (https://careers.microsoft.com/us/en/culture) Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 2+ years experience in media, marketing, or advertising on the client or agency side OR equivalent experience. + 3+ years campaign management experience, digital marketing experience, and/or product, project, or site management experience. Additional or Preferred Qualifications + 5+ years experience in media, marketing, social marketing, or advertising on the client or agency side. Advertising IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
