As the **Senior Finance Manager – Continuous Improvement Programs** , you will lead initiatives within our Process and Innovation team to identify and prioritize business challenges where technology can deliver meaningful impact. You’ll collaborate across disciplines and engage with diverse stakeholders to frame and structure problems, then deliver end-to-end solutions that optimize cash flow and enhance operational efficiency. In this role, you will drive cross-functional alignment across finance teams and business groups, fostering collaboration and shared success. Responsibilities Role Responsibilities + **Drive Operational Excellence:** Lead enterprise-wide Continuous Improvement programs using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and automation strategies. + **Optimize Order-to-Cash Processes:** Analyze workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions to enhance speed and accuracy. + **Champion Data-Driven Decisions:** Define KPIs, track performance, and deliver executive-level reporting on ROI and process improvements. + **Lead Change Management:** Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies. + **Integrate Automation & AI:** Collaborate with technology teams to embed AI and automation into financial operations for future-ready processes. Other + Embody our culture and values Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications + Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience. + Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification required, with demonstrated experience applying Continuous Improvement frameworks—including Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma—to deliver measurable improvements in key performance metrics and operational efficiency + 2+ years experience applying expertise in Order-to-Cash processes and financial operations to implement solutions that improved accuracy and reduced processing time Additional or preferred qualifications + Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience. + 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles. + 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization. + 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry. Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
