The **Security Solution Journey** team is seeking a strategic and operationally knowledgeable **Director, Product Marketing, Solution Journey** to drive cross solution marketing moments. In this role, you will act as conductor and bridge strategy and execution—developing the plan for the moment, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring that every milestone, from executive communications to partner deliverables, is executed with precision and delivers the intended outcomes. You are self-motivated, thrive in fast-paced environments, and consistently deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities
+ Define and lead strategy for global marketing moments across solution areas.
+ Lead cross-functional teams on execution of moments ensuring alignment to goals and strategy.
+ Mentor others across the team to drive outcomes.
+ Deliver measurable business outcomes and shape priorities.
+ Exhibit written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years of experience in security product management, product marketing, or transferable experience in strategic marketing planning and operations.
Additional or preferred qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years marketing or sales experience
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in business
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years’ experience in security solutions and/or adjacent enterprise categories.
Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
