Microsoft Security Copilot, one of the industry’s first generative AI solutions for security and Information Technology (IT) teams, is at the forefront of this transformation—helping teams detect threats others miss, respond faster, and deepen their expertise. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Security Copilot to lead strategic initiatives for Security Copilot, a dynamic and fast-growing area within Microsoft’s cybersecurity portfolio.
In this role, you will define and drive the growth strategies for new capabilities and AI-powered agents, especially through the partner ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering to influence the product roadmap and bring innovations to market related to 3rd party and partner developed solutions. You’ll also lead partner messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution to accelerate awareness, preference, and adoption through the partner communities. This role is suited for a strategic thinker and compelling storyteller who thrives at the intersection of product, customer, and market insights.

Responsibilities
+ Develop marketing & messaging plans and enablement content that could include customers and partners. Examples include: Whitepapers, Presentations, Demos, Webinars, Sales guidance.
+ Execute marketing strategy through cross team collaboration with engineering, marketing, and sales organizations, driving adoption through partner ecosystem.
+ Collaborate with business planning on business model, pricing, and packaging decisions for 3rd party opportunities with Security Copilot and manage co-marketing activities with partners.
+ Understand the security vendor landscape and inform the marketing plan with insight and updated value messaging as more companies develop AI powered security tools.
+ Drive strategic projects and Influence engineering on product roadmap and strategy.
+ Lead user/partner community engagement to drive awareness.
+ Collaborate with other Product marketing managers to develop messaging and positioning for capabilities and innovations, especially driving partner opportunities.
+ Create compelling, customer-centric content with consistency across all mediums (e.g. webpages, customer pitch decks, blog posts, Frequently Asked Questions, videos, etc.)
+ Derive insights on customer habits and preferences from telemetry, market research and analysis to inform go-to-market plans.
+ Partner closely with product engineering, product marketing, business development and other functions to define strategy and align execution.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
+ Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years experience with Product Marketing.
Additional or preferred qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
