    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a Customer Experience Support Associate to join our team on a contract basis. This role supports the Customer Experience Center by performing a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable with phone-based communication, and skilled in data entry and system navigation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Make outbound calls to dealerships, service providers, and customers

    + Handle customer inquiries and cancellation requests

    + Enter data and invoices into internal systems (Mainframe, Salesforce Service Cloud)

    + Process financial change notices and check requests

    + Maintain customer accounts (e.g., due date changes, demographic updates)

    + Handle mail items and title work

    + Communicate via secure messaging platforms

    + Monitor and manage automation processes and exceptions

    + Generate and complete reports

    Required Skills:

    + Strong data entry capabilities

    + Experience with Salesforce and Mainframe systems

    + Excellent phone communication skills

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in customer service or administrative support

    + Familiarity with dealership or service provider operations

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
