    Job Overview

     

    The P6 Scheduler will collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and manage project timelines, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. This role involves overseeing workload distribution, monitoring delivery and installation progress, and maintaining project calendars from implementation through completion. The Scheduler will identify scheduling conflicts or delays and report or resolve them proactively. They will also support reporting needs by providing necessary data for weekly and monthly updates. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6

    + Coordinate with project management, leads, and superintendents to align timelines

    + Monitor job progress and delivery milestones

    + Identify and resolve schedule disparities

    + Provide data for weekly/monthly reports

    + Support project documentation and updates

    + Assist in process improvements and mentor team members

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + Minimum 2+ years of experience with Primavera P6

    + Commercial construction scheduling experience

    + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

    + Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation

    + Effective communication and presentation skills

    + Self-motivated, professional, and collaborative

    + Willingness to learn internal project management systems

    Work Environment

    + Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts

    + Remote work for the first 4–6 months, then onsite at a data center

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $62.00/hr.
