This role is responsible for managing large volumes of forensic data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of submissions, generating reports, and analyzing trends to support decision-making. The position requires strong technical, organizational, and communication skills to balance data operations with programmatic support. A strong attention to detail is necessary to manage a growing workload with increasing complexities. This position will directly report to the Assistant Forensic Director of Operations. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Receive, review, and process court orders from Georgia state and superior courts in collaboration with community Program Assistants. 2. Create and maintain electronic forensic records: Upload supporting documentation and enter required data into state databases. 3. Process forensic cases in ensuring timeliness and accuracy. 4. Perform quality management oversight, examining underlying trends, irregularities and possible causes for changes in data. 5. Communicate regularly with assigned forensic evaluation teams and inpatient forensic teams to ensure smooth data flow and accurate recordkeeping. 6. Provide support for the Operations Analyst Manager with clinical record gathering, data entry, and other administrative functions. 7. Generate, analyze, and present reports highlighting trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement. 8. Build relationships with contractors to increase collaboration on timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of data. 9. Oversee master scheduling and identify opportunities for efficient use of resources Required Technical Competencies: 1. Skilled in using relevant computer software: Microsoft Office, Power BI, SharePoint, AVATAR, and Carelon (or similar) . 2. Ability to use job-specific tools to review data. 3. Ability to acquire date and prepare reports tailored to the agency ’ s needs. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Public Health, or related field. • Ability to train others. • Experience in data operations, data analysis, or healthcare/data management. • Working knowledge of Georgia law regarding forensic evaluation and treatment OR one year experience working in or with psychiatric hospitals, specifically with forensic patients strongly preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy, quality assurance, and process improvement. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities. • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across clinical, administrative, and legal teams.
