For the modern product manager, this is the challenge of a generation: we are moving beyond building tools for users to creating intelligent agents that work with them as collaborative partners. The world of sales, with its complex workflows and critical human interactions, is the perfect frontier for this transformation.

As a Senior Product Manager building AI Agents in Dynamics 365, you won't just be shipping another feature. You will be a pioneer, defining the playbook for a new class of AI-native business applications. This role is a masterclass in the future of product management. You will learn to navigate the complexities of non-deterministic systems, write eval rubrics, compare and fine tune models, steer the product roadmap at the intersection of cutting-edge research and real-world customer needs, and develop new UX paradigms for human-AI collaboration. If you are driven by the opportunity to build 0-to-1 products at scale, energized by the ambiguity and pivots it entails, and want to become a leader in the most significant technology shift of our time, we want to talk to you.

Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

+ Establish clear success criteria, define key metrics, and design experiments to iterate on models and ensure features have a measurable impact on business goals.

+ Lead communication across all levels of the organization, from engineers to executives, to drive clarity, resolve ambiguity, and secure buy-in for your initiatives.

+ Ensure the timely and successful delivery of key initiatives by managing dependencies, proactively addressing risks, and coordinating across all stakeholders.

+ 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).

+ 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).

+ 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful products.
