             Inventory Manager – Network Operations & Logistics A dynamic infrastructure and network services team is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to lead logistics and inventory operations. This role supports field operations, capital projects, and ongoing service delivery by ensuring efficient inventory control and timely material handling. Key Responsibilities + Oversee and coordinate inventory and logistics functions for operational and project-based initiatives + Maintain organized storage areas to optimize space and streamline access to materials + Manage the intake, inspection, documentation, and distribution of stock and project materials + Ensure accurate updates to inventory management systems and maintain data integrity + Prepare and process shipments, verifying completeness and accuracy of orders + Source quotes, track purchase orders, manage inventory requests, and communicate updates to stakeholders + Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory levels and compliance + Research supplier availability, pricing, and lead times to support budget and timeline goals + Collaborate across teams to resolve discrepancies and improve inventory workflows + Generate reports on stock utilization, expenses, and billing as needed + Support special projects, cross-training, and other operational tasks as assigned Required Skills + Inventory control and asset management + Logistics coordination and operational planning + Proficiency with inventory systems and Microsoft Office Suite Qualifications + Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (2–4 years in inventory or logistics roles) + Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects and adapt to shifting priorities + Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams + Analytical thinking and problem-solving in high-pressure environments + Experience with inventory audits, vendor coordination, and procurement processes + Valid driver’s license required Preferred Experience + Familiarity with network hardware (Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco) + Experience with ticketing and inventory platforms (e.g., Team Dynamix, PCR360) + Commitment to inclusive practices and collaborative team culture Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
