Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Security Installation Technician to support commercial and small business security system installations across the Atlanta metro area. This role involves installing and servicing access control and CCTV systems in environments such as hospitals, schools, and office buildings. What You’ll Do

+ Install and configure access control and CCTV systems across various commercial sites

+ Work alongside lead technicians to complete full system installations, including testing and servicing

+ Perform low-voltage work including wiring, mounting, and hardware setup

+ Troubleshoot and repair security systems and components

+ Travel to job sites throughout the Atlanta metro area, including locations as far as Rome, GA

+ Interface directly with customers and team members to ensure quality and satisfaction

+ Maintain accurate documentation and follow installation protocols

What You Bring

+ 5+ years of hands-on experience installing access control and CCTV systems

+ Strong familiarity with brands such as Genetec, AMAG, Lenel, Milestone, and ONSSI

+ Ability to work independently and manage installations from start to finish

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills

+ Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to multiple job sites

+ High level of professionalism and adaptability in team environments

+ Thick skin and a positive attitude to mesh well with internal and external teams

Nice to Have

+ Experience working in hospitals, schools, and office buildings

+ Familiarity with fire alarm systems and other low-voltage technologies

+ Strong documentation and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $37.00/hr.
