    Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires:

    What is TEK looking for:

    An ideal candidate will be innovating and adaptable to ever changing environment. This role will play a key part in our services initiative projects so it's essential that the candidate is an active participant in identifying gaps in our current processes and suggesting improvements whilst at the same time ensuring timely and accurate delivery of business as usual tasks.

    Tasks of the Role

    • Works with consultants each week to review and approve timesheets, expense reports and tracks exceptional travel that is billable to our client.

    • Ensures cost captures so that effective reporting is provided for financials.

    • Collaborate with consultants on any access issues and take the ownership and drive to resolve the issues on their behalf.

    • Participate in weekly meetings with IT and discuss any issues.

    • Collaborate with Customer Success Leaders to deliver information regarding any project/market needs.

    • Provide guidance to field support personnel, where applicable.

    • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by the stakeholders.

    • Build effective relationships with sales and delivery personnel.

    Required Education and/or Experience:

    • Associates Degree Preferred; preferably in Finance, Management, Economics or equivalent work experience

    • One year of work experience in a customer service or financial support capacity

    Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:

    • Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs especially Excel and familiarity with vlookups, pivot tables, etc.

    • Familiar with Power BI and/or Tableau

    • Ability to consistently meet deadlines in an environment where prioritization and reprioritization is often needed.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to demonstrate initiative/drive and leadership abilities as they gain knowledge and experience within the position

    • Must possess strong problem solving, organization and multi-tasking skills while demonstrating good judgment when issues are escalated.

    • Ability to identify process gaps and create solutions with minimal direction

    • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing process environment.

    • Responsible for performing the on/offboarding of resources and asset management tracking.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

     

    We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.

     

    Additional earnings may be available through incentive programs like annual bonuses, profit sharing, etc.
