Position: Analyst / Technical Coordinator / Quality Assurance Coordinator Project: RTU Replacement- RTU- replacement, compliance based initiative where we have to update firmware on devices scada and utility experience is a bonus, not required. Communicate effectively- written and verbal Strong organizational skills Speak to a wide range of audiences Track changes and coordinate with the PM will be who they work directly with! What they are finding is that SW gas has field folks, divisions, scada support, it, engineering- having a hard time to have that one body of managing the areas and progress in the various area. Term: 1 Year with potential to extend an additional year Responsibilities: • Review Project Gas Problem & Change Tickets (Change Management system) for accuracy • Review Work Books used for scheduling tasks for multiple departments for proper completion by Divisions • Perform data inquiries and analyze results against completed Work Books • Communicate with Division Operations teams to resolve issues with Work Books • Schedule Project Point-to-point's with Divisions • Validate SCADA details before and after Point-to-point completion • Communicate with Manufacturers to understand product firmware release timing and details, as well as new product specifications for pilot consideration • Attend project team meetings to provide status updates and feedback as needed Skills: • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint) • Experience working with databases and spreadsheets • Ability to stay productive with limited supervision • Attention to detail/accuracy • Ability to work long periods on computers reviewing data • Ability to consistently follow defined processes • Some knowledge of computer networking is preferred • Experience or understanding of Natural Gas distribution is a plus, but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $35.00/hr.
