    Customer Service Representative – Onsite (Entry Level)

     

    Pay Rate: $20.40/hour

    Schedule: Must be open to either of the following shifts:

    + Option 1: Tuesday to Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    + Option 2: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

    Job Description

    We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and support inbound and outbound calls related to prescription delivery and payment coordination. You’ll be the primary point of contact for non-clinical inquiries, helping ensure timely and accurate medication distribution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls to schedule deliveries and payments

    + Respond to customer inquiries or route calls appropriately

    + Update progress notes for internal workflow visibility

    + Provide support for refill needs, insurance verification, and invoice requests

    + Answer patient questions and escalate to clinical teams when needed

    + Identify and report adverse events and product complaints

    + Perform other duties as assigned based on team/program needs

    Required Skills & Experience

    + Minimum 1 year of high-volume call center experience

    + Strong communication and customer service skills

    + Ability to work onsite 5 days a week with reliable transportation

    + Comfortable working late shifts for 9–12 months

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.40 - $20.40/hr.
