Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a **Property and Asset Management Analyst/ Principal Property and Asset Management Analyst** . This position will be located in **Roy, UT** and will support the **Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent** program.

What You’ll Get To Do:
+ Oversee, lead/manage, and analyze activities associated with property management standards and practices to ensure company, customer and US Government property located on site and at subcontractor sites are managed and controlled in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence with an approved Property Business System.
+ Establish and maintain complete life cycle property accountability records and ensure property systems remain compliant across all phases of the life-cycle.
+ Maintain proper documentation to support each lifecycle transactional event, determine condition and lead proper disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment.
+ Duties will include familiarity with contractual terms that drive company requirements and obligations.
+ Working knowledge with both internal tools (i.e. SAP) and external tools (PIEE GFP Module) to meet NG contract obligations.
+ Host and lead internal and external Property Business System audits and analyze results for financial and operational purposes.
+ Provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management; develop, recommend, and implement property management policy; and prepare periodic and special purpose reports relative to matters such as taxes, leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
_This requisition may be filled at either a_ _Property and Asset Management Analyst_ _level or Principal_ _Property and Asset Management Analyst_ _level._
+ **Property and Asset Management Analyst:** 2 Years with Bachelors; 0 Years with Masters; 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
+ **Principal Property and Asset Management Analyst:** 5 Years with Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD, 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
Required for Both Levels:
+ Understanding of DOD contracts, government Cost Accounting Standards, and FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and DFARS property management clauses.
+ Experience working with diverse levels of internal/external customers, i.e., DCMA, Prime Contractors, DoD personnel.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
+ Current NPMA Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS)
+ Understanding of SAP
+ 3+ Years government property/asset management experience
+ Active Secret Clearance
Primary Level Salary Range: $58,000.00 - $107,400.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $0.00 - $0.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
