    Sr. Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing

     

    **Pay:** $48-$50/hr

    **Location:** New Albany, OH

    **Schedule:** 1 st and 3 rd shifts BOTH available

    Responsibilities

    + Perform maintenance, operation, and repair of manufacturing and support equipment.

    + Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of new and existing systems.

    + Ensure all equipment and subsystems are maintained in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations, as well as internal procedures and policies.

    + Maintain assigned equipment areas in a constant state of inspection readiness.

    + Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.

    + Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, completing all documentation in accordance with cGMP standards.

    + Coordinate contractor activities for equipment repairs, modifications, and installations.

    + Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality on new equipment installations and system upgrades.

    + Attend required cGMP and Safety training and maintain all assigned qualifications.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 4+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing maintenance

    + Strong working knowledge of manufacturing or packaging equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.

    + Proficiency with pumps, valves, motors, and lubrication systems.

    + Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, engineering drawings, and SOPs.
