We-re looking for a Field Service Technician who-s ready to roll up their sleeves, travel to customer sites, and make a real impact by installing and maintaining cutting-edge equipment.

    What You-ll Do

    As a Field Service Technician, you-ll be the face of Rehrig Pacific-installing, maintaining, and supporting our Pallet Management Solutions (Qtek) and Vision Object Recognition (VOR) systems. You-ll ensure our customers- operations run smoothly by delivering expert service and technical know-how.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Install and configure Rehrig Pacific equipment at customer sites.

    + Conduct site readiness evaluations and coordinate power/data setup with contractors.

    + Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on advanced mechanical and electrical systems.

    + Collaborate with engineers and product teams to enhance equipment performance and functionality.

    + Provide top-tier customer service during preventive maintenance and warranty support visits.

    + Support new product development and field testing of innovative technologies.

    What You Bring

    + Bachelor-s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Mechanics, or a related field.

    + 2+ years of field service experience in material handling or industrial systems.

    + Proficiency in electrical and hydraulic schematics and strong mechanical aptitude.

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    + Willingness to travel up to 50% and lift up to 50 lbs.
