What You Will Do
• Independently engage with prospective clients to present Lionbridge's innovative solutions, articulating their value to key decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, identifying new prospects and upsell possibilities within existing accounts.
• Educate clients on our wide range of services, including solutions tailored to their industry needs, while consistently achieving revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Marketing, to craft and deliver customized solutions for clients.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sales cycle, leveraging each stage to advance opportunities and close deals effectively.
• Stay informed about industry trends and insights, integrating them into your sales approach to address client challenges.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates to management, contributing to the overall sales strategy.
• Represent Lionbridge as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, showcasing professionalism and commitment in all interactions.

• Proficiencyin CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and the ability to use technology to drivesales efficiency.
• Adaptabilityto work with a broad range of clients, customizing your approach to meet theirunique needs.
• Awillingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industryevents.
