As a **Senior Test Lead** at LionbridgeGames, you’ll be an essential part of our mission to deliver epic gamingexperiences. Bring your unique skills to help us keep our games at top-notchquality.

What You Will Do:

• Ensuring the quality ofassigned projects.

• Prepare Test Plans andTest Cases based on client specifications and prepare reports.

• Analyze test results,bugs, and usability.

• Creation, updating, andmaintenance of all project testing documentation, such as test plans, testcases, and progress reports to ensure effective testing coverage throughout theproject.

• Serving as the primarypoint of contact with customers at the project level.

• Manage, lead and mentortest team members.

• Assist in testenvironment setup and teardown.

• Oversee the creation andmaintenance of test data and test documentation.

• Maintaining the projectbug database and ensuring the quality of bug reports.

• Assist in coaching juniorstaff by helping them to make decisions and solve problems and providingfeedback on testing-related tasks.

• May manage lessexperienced test leads.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• 2-3 years of leadinglarge test teams or similar management position.

• 5+ years of experience ingame testing.

• Preferred highereducation in technology.

• Experience in dealingwith game studios preferred.

• A professional level ofproficiency in the English language.

• Ability to prioritize ina complex and fast-paced environment.

• Passion for video gamesand knowledge of video game market.

• Good interpersonalskills, creativity, efficiency, attention to detail, and good workorganization.

• Strong academic orpractical knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, software testing standards,strategies, and the software development cycle.

• Demonstrated capabilityin writing detailed area test plan documents, executing test strategies, andperforming exploratory testing.

• Experience testing in anAgile context.

• Working knowledge ofAtlassian tool suite e.g. JIRA, Confluence.
