    How** **you’ll** **make an impact** **:

    The Senior Manager, Recruiting & Engagement is the HR leader responsible for driving all aspects of talent acquisition strategies and supporting employee engagement initiatives at the Braselton Distribution Center. Working closely with operations leaders and HR Business Partners, this leader ensures recruiting, onboarding, and engagement efforts align with a manager- and shift-led culture. The Senior Manager creates scalable processes, provides engagement tools for managers, and ensures an exceptional candidate and associate experience that supports operational excellence in a high-volume, multi-shift environment.

    Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution (** **6** **5%)

    + Lead and develop the TA Coordinator and seasonal TA Coordinator team to deliver on high-volume seasonal and core hiring needs for the Braselton DC.

    + Partner with Workforce Management and operations leaders to forecast staffing requirements and proactively build talent pipelines.

    + Oversee all aspects of applicant tracking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes to ensure speed, quality, and diversity in candidate selection.

    + Partner with HR Technology and Compliance teams to streamline and automate recruiting and onboarding processes.

    + Manage relationships with staffing vendors and community organizations to optimize candidate flow and recruitment marketing.

    + Monitor recruiting KPIs, budgets, and ROI to inform strategy adjustments.

    Manager- and Shift-Led Engagement (** **3** **5%)

    + Partner with Braselton operations leaders and HRBPs to design and implement engagement strategies that are owned and led by managers and shift supervisors.

    + Provide tools, calendars, and resources that empower managers to plan and execute engagement and recognition activities (e.g., appreciation events, shift meetings, recognition programs).

    + Coach leaders on building inclusive and engaging shift cultures, leveraging associate feedback and engagement metrics.

    + Create and manage communications tailored to a large, diverse, hourly workforce, ensuring clarity and cultural resonance.

    Must have** **skills and experiences** **:

    + A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR, talent acquisition, or employee engagement experience, including leadership of high-volume recruiting.

    + Experience managing engagement strategies in large, multi-shift, hourly workforce environments.

    + Proven ability to partner effectively with operations leaders and HRBPs in a fast-paced, high-volume facility.

    + Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

    + Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with process automation or reporting tools a plus.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

    + Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
