Marketing Coordinator
We currently seek a high caliber Marketing Coordinator for a long-term basis within our client’s team of experienced professionals. Based in Irvine, CA.
We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled **Marketing Coordinator** to join our growing team. You’ll collaborate across marketing, operations, business development, and talent acquisition—playing a hands-on role in all aspects of storytelling, from proposal development to event coordination.
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in **proposal management** , leading the
process from kickoff through close-out. This includes preparing and reformatting resumes, compiling content, supporting project documentation, maintaining brand and message alignment, and tracking marketing events.
This position requires strong technical proficiency, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across platforms. Experience supporting **federal, state, or local agency projects** is highly desirable.
Job Requirements
+ Monitor bid sites and download RFP/Qs
+ Lead the development of compliant, compelling proposals through all stages of the proposal lifecycle—driving timely, accurate, and brand-consistent deliverables.
+ Collaborate across departments (marketing, operations, and talent acquisition) to prepare narratives, edit resumes, and develop project content and graphics.
+ Proactively manage updates to internal documents such as resumes, project data, and Business Enterprise Certifications.
+ Maintain organized libraries of marketing collateral, graphics, and promotional materials.
+ Help design and edit visual materials using InDesign, Canva, and other design tools.
+ Maintain an accurate, forward-looking calendar of trade shows and industry events.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’sdegreein **Marketing** , **Communications,** **Journalism** ,orarelatedfield.
+ High technical aptitude with strong ability to multitask across multiple platforms and functions.
+ Proficiency in:
+ **SharePoint**
+ **Deltek Vantagepoint**
+ **Adobe InDesign and Creative Cloud software**
+ **Microsoft** **Office** **Suite** **(Word,** **Excel,** **PowerPoint)**
+ **Canva**
+ Additional marketing, design, or content management software tools.
+ Minimum of **4 years of experience** in a similar role, or **5 years of experience in the A/E/C industry** .
+ Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
