    Behavior Technician - School Based - Syracuse

    Details about this opportunity :

    + Location: Syracuse, NY (Lakeland)

    + Hours: Part-time hours (hours vary based on school district)

    + Schedule: Follows the school district calendar, including holidays and breaks.

    + Compensation: $23-$26/hourly

    Responsibilities:

    + Work collaboratively with a Behavior Consultant clinical supervisor to collect data.

    + Respond to the goals, needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors, on an individualized basis and in a professional manner.

    + Goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.

    + Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding clients and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.

    About You:

    + Exposure to the practice of maintaining a high level of confidentiality

    + Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

    And this background:

    + Minimum of 6 months ABA working with children or adolescents with Autism in a supervised setting.

    + RBT Preferred

    + Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field.

    + Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind.

    + Bilingual is a plus.
