Job Description
The Center for Corporate Citizenship is seeking an experienced and organized individual for the administrative assistant position supporting the Executive Director.
This position provides high level administrative support to the Executive Director and intermittently to other Directors at the Center for Corporate Citizenship as requested by the Executive Director. Support includes but is not limited to travel arrangements and reimbursements, scheduling, correspondence, and data-entry on constituent relationship management (CRM) system. Seeking an articulate and organized individual who is able to prioritize tasks based on the needs of the organization and the individuals supported.
Must be able both to work independently and receive direction. Must be able to support and represent different communication styles and preferences of the individuals supported. Successful candidates will exhibit good judgment and discretion and have excellent interpersonal skills and a "can-do" attitude. The Center requires a high-service orientation with members, which requires timely responses, excellent communication, and attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks based on both urgency and importance. This position may support event logistics for the Center from time to time. Infrequent early mornings or early evening hours may be required (typically 3-4 times per year).
Hiring Range: $25.60/hr to $32.01/hr. Pay rate commensurate with relevant experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Equivalent combination of experience and education considered
Proficient in G-mail and G-Calendar, Microsoft Office, Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM system, Excellent Powerpoint skills, Experience with travel planning, Experience with office management a plus, Experience with financial systems (reimbursements) a plus, Adobe Creative Cloud experience a plus, Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
