As part of our Community Management team, we work directly with highly monetized creators, celebrities, and top-tier experts to help them unlock the full potential of LinkedIn. LinkedIn is looking for a Senior Creator Manager with deep expertise in creator monetization and high-touch relationship management. This role is designed for someone who has helped build creator monetization programs at major platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or similar, and understands the unique needs of professional creators and celebrity talent.
You will be the strategic partner and advocate for LinkedIn’s most influential creators, helping them grow their audience, develop a robust content strategy across organic & paid opportunities, and build sustainable engagement strategies. This is a highly visible role that requires industry knowledge, strong relationship skills, and the ability to influence internal teams to deliver exceptional creator experiences.
**Responsibilities** :
+ Build and manage high-touch relationships with top-tier creators, celebrities, and monetized experts to help them thrive on LinkedIn.
+ Develop and execute content strategies tied to monetization programs, tailored to professional creators, ensuring they maximize revenue opportunities on the platform.
+ Act as a trusted advisor on content strategy, audience growth, and monetization best practices.
+ Partner with internal teams (Business Development, Product, Marketing, Engineering) to advocate for creator needs and influence roadmap priorities.
+ Collaborate closely with LinkedIn’s monetization product teams to provide feedback, shape feature development, and ensure creators have the tools they need to succeed.
+ Analyze performance metrics to track creator success, identify trends, and optimize strategies for engagement and monetization.
+ Lead scaled education and enablement programs for professional creators, including workshops, webinars, and resource development.
+ Stay ahead of industry trends in the creator economy, monetization models, and competitive platforms.
**Basic Qualifications** :
+ 7+ years of experience in creator management, community management, or partnerships at a major social or creator platform.
+ Experience working with high-profile creators or celebrities to drive engagement and monetization.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
**Preferred Qualifications** :
+ Experience at platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or similar in a creator partnerships or monetization role.
+ Deep understanding of creator monetization models (ads, sponsorships, subscriptions, etc.).
+ Familiarity with celebrity management, talent agencies, and entertainment industry dynamics.
+ Strong relationship-building and communication skills with high-profile talent.
+ Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
+ Excellent communication skills, including presenting to large groups and executive stakeholders.
+ Passion for the creator economy and helping creators succeed on LinkedIn.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $205,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
