We're one global team driven by our common purpose to deliver a better world. Join us. Job Description **AECOM** is seeking a Senior Change Manager for one of our offices in the East Region. The Senior Change Controls Manager is entrusted with the following critical responsibilities: This person will be responsible for but not limited to the following: + Directs and manages project change related activities for large projects or specialized defined elements of larger programs in support of the Program Manager + Orchestrates coordination efforts across multiple projects within the program, ensuring strict alignment with overall program objectives. + Identifies and addresses project interdependencies with utmost diligence, implementing proactive risk mitigation strategies and resolving conflicts. + Collaborates strategically with project managers + Manages negotiations with contractors regarding change requests and/or claims + Engages in high-level consultations with senior leadership to report on negotiations and challenges with contractors + Provides authoritative guidance and rigorous oversight to project change team, ensuring meticulous management of individual change elements. + Conducts thorough monitoring and evaluation of risk mitigation strategies to ensure their efficacy and implement necessary adjustments. + Facilitates precise and formal communication channels between project teams and stakeholders. + Delivers comprehensive and regular updates to senior leadership on program progress, challenges, and achievements, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism. Qualifications Minimum requirements: + BA/BS in architecture or engineering + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Preferred requirements: + 30 years of related experience + Experience on $100M+ projects with some on federally funded jobs Additional Information + Sponsorship is not available for this position + Relocation is not available for this position Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
