Do you have experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) integration and ongoing system maintenance?
In this role, you will lead staff responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking maintenance activities for Transportation Road & Bridge Operations and Contract Inspectors. You will also oversee the development of asset collection and infrastructure inspections for transportation assets. Working closely with management, you will analyze and evaluate reports to improve planning, scheduling, and operational efficiency across work groups.

About This Role
+ Supervise staff and daily operations for planning, scheduling, and tracking maintenance activities in Transportation Road & Bridge Operations
+ Organize and coordinate daily work crew activities, including scheduling and equipment needs
+ Standardize communication and documentation practices for Planners/Schedulers within the CMMS
+ Research and prepare staffing plans for assigned operational areas
+ Review and manage costs, budgets, and expenditures for road and bridge operations and related equipment
+ Develop and maintain preventative maintenance and inspection routes within the CMMS
+ Generate reports for Risk Management related to damages, claims, and operational activities
+ Create and present reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management and stakeholders
+ Oversee CMMS integration, training, and data accuracy; ensure proper asset data collection and updates with GIS staff
+ Monitor and track project progress, ensuring data accuracy, billing compliance, and adherence to timelines
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
About You
Minimum Qualifications:
+ A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in job-related field AND three (3) years of professional job-related experience
+ - OR - A Master’s Degree from an accredited college in other job-related field AND one year of professional job-related experience
+ - OR - Seven (7) years of professional job-related experience can be substituted at management discretion for the required education
+ - OR - Progressively responsible related professional experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required degree
Preferred "BONUS" Qualifications:
+ GIS and MAXIMO or other work management systems experience
Subject to Passing Substance Screening: This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment in any class for a period of five (5) years.
About Everything Else
Starting Pay Range: $64,000.00 - $67,500.00/ annually, depending on experience
