+ Serveas a mentor to lower-level staff bydemonstratingpositive work habits, effective clinicalskillsand business knowledge.

+ Coachteam members to be continuously aware and proactive atanticipatingand addressing patient and client needs and to seekassistancewith escalated, stressful situations.

+ Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.

+ Organize training schedules for Technician staff.

+ Identifyconflicts in the workplace andseekassistancein resolution.

+ Providefeedbackleadership andworksto develop performance improvement plans.

+ Other related duties as assigned.
