    The SAP Concur SMB Marketing Shared Services team is seeking an Events Marketing Coordinator to support the creation and execution of online and in-person events that engage customers and prospects. You will assist Field Marketers with the planning and execution of virtual events, in addition to fulfilling ad-hoc tasks where necessary.

     

    This role supports the end-to-end process of executing marketing events, from initial set-up to post-event analysis. Success requires meticulous planning, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and the ability to manage logistics to ensure events run smoothly and achieve their goals.

     

    An ideal candidate is extremely proactive, detail-orientated, organized, and collaborative.

    Responsibilities of the role:

    Event Planning & Set-up:

    + Support a variety of SMB-led marketing event types including thought-leadership webinars, customer education, virtual user groups, 3rd party events, and more.

    + Work with team members to build event strategies and outline a comprehensive list of the requirements for each event to look-back schedules and ensure successful execution.

    + Establish and document event timelines and key deliverables for field marketing teams.

    + Maintain a centralized event calendar to ensure seamless coordination across teams and prevent scheduling conflicts.

    + Build On24 webinar programs for live and on-demand programs, including technical troubleshooting.

    Event Management & Execution:

    + Manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring accuracy in execution.

    + Draft and distribute clear, professional internal and external communications.

    + Provide real-time support during live events to ensure seamless attendee experiences.

    + Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to assess event impact and identify areas for improvement.

    Post-Event Analysis:

    + Help teams compile post-event reports with insights, feedback, and recommendations for future events.

    + Maintain organized records of past events for reference.

    + Establish ongoing technical analysis & optimizations.

    What you bring to the team:

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications

    + 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology industry or an agency role

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    + Familiarity with Marketing technologies: Salesforce, Marketo, ON24

    + Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and drive execution

    + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

    + Effective communication and interpersonal skills

    **Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 100000 - 216000 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
