    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

    + Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, accreditation, and standards of practice.

    + Provision of weekly clinical and administrative supervision to the Intensive Preventive Services Program as well as other Preventive Services programs. This will include support and provide clinical supervision to all Preventive services programs as appointed.

    + Utilize a Solution-Focused Trauma-Informed Care Approach to collaborate with staff, consumers, collaterals, and stakeholders. Support the engagement, re-engagement/retention, and safety assessment/planning with families.

    + Support the Director in ensuring quality improvement among programs through Quality Improvement Plans, guided by best practice and outcomes within established financial limits. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, accreditation, and standards of practice.

    + Ensure completion of all required case related and supervisory documentation in a thorough, accurate & timely manner. Including however not limited to: health/safety assessments, billing activities, performance evaluations, intake reports, time sheets, performance outcomes, case record reviews, SIR, treatment planning, Connections Progress Notes, Docuware data entry, census, etc.

    + Support the Director, administration, and program staff in maintaining continuity through effective selection, training, supervision, evaluation, and motivation of staff.

    + Support the Director in ensuring the highest standards of service delivery through completion of at least quarterly data review, case record review process and other quality Improvement efforts.

    + Actively participate in meetings related to supervisory role, Preventive Services department, and Preventive Services Coalition and Erie County system of care.

    + Other duties as assigned

     

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

     

    + Must have excellent communication and customer service skills

    + Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented

    + Ability to work independently and be an enthusiastic team player

    + Available to work non-traditional hours, including weekend and evenings to support specific programmatic schedules, crisis intervention needs, and on-call support. Requires frequent transportation of children and families

    + Ability to work effectively with clients, staff, families, and community contacts

    Qualifications

    + Master’s Degree in a human services related field with 3 years of experience providing direct care services or linkage services to at risk youth and families

    + Supervisory and administrative experience

    + Valid New York State driver’s license and adequate auto insurance
