Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the PORT OPERATIONS OFFICE of COMNAVREG SE JAX. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the overall effectiveness and management of the Port Operations Programs. You will provide guidance to commanding officers in the functional area of Port operations. You will promote and administer management programs such as cost reduction, productivity improvement, incentive awards , energy conservation, and employee performance appraisals. You will enforce all established safety rules and requirements. You will possess expert knowledge of COR (Contracting Officer's Representative) performance requirements and guidelines. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Utilizing expertise in infrastructure lifecycle management, including planning, programming, budgeting, project execution, operations and maintenance of facilities and utilities, and/or base operations support; 2) Developing and maintaining plans of actions and milestones to achieve command mission requirements with Military Construction, Minor Construction/Capital Investment Program, Unspecified Minor Military Construction (UMMC), and facility sustainment, restoration, and modernization projects; 3) Developing and facilitating briefs to decision makers on project or program status; 4) Project and/or program leadership experience, including planning work and adjusting priorities and schedules in order to meet requirements.
