The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Division of Public Health, Bureau of Health Statistics, is seeking a Vital Records Associate to join our team! The purpose of this position is to review entitlement to processed records, review and close applications in the Iowa Vital Event System and prepare orders for mailing. This position will also enter order details into the VitalChek system. The duties of this position include: + Ensure all printed certified copies are accurate and distributed to the entitled applicant. + Review the service and close the application in the Iowa Vital Event System (IVES). + Print needed documents and manually place into envelopes for mailing. + Efficiently operate a PC to use the VitalChek application system.
