    AT A GLANCE

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to oversee revenue operations for our clinical and non-clinical product lines. The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for optimizing revenue cycle processes, ensuring timely reimbursement, and maximizing revenue for the organization.

    To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

    What You’ll Do

    + Responsible for Revenue Cycle vendor oversight and daily monitoring of RCM operations.

    + Develop and implement revenue cycle strategies to support clinical and non-clinical product lines, including understanding of CPT code strategy and recommending new codes for new programs.

    + Lead and mentor a team of revenue cycle specialists to optimize billing, coding, and collections processes.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between revenue cycle operations and product strategies.

    + Interact and interface with clients through new program setup and issue management.

    + Establish and own RCM KPIs to drive performance optimization and profitability.

    + Develop & monitor performance indicators and quality control reports to manage success of billing vendor.

    + Analyze revenue performance metrics and trends to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost reduction.

    + Implement best practices and industry standards to streamline revenue cycle processes and improve financial performance.

    + Ensures effective management of quality control, data entry, patient billing and claims processing.

    + Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and industry guidelines to mitigate revenue cycle risks.

    + Ensures compliance with federal and state legal requirements by researching existing and accessing new legislation.

    + Meet with Operations Departments to review revenue cycle metrics, operational issues, and analytics. Identify trends and discuss interim and long-term solutions as appropriate

    + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management with leadership experience and a focus on clinical and non-clinical products. Must have direct team management experience.

    + Proven track record of successfully leading revenue cycle operations in a healthcare setting.

    + Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, payer rules, and reimbursement methodologies (e.g., commercial payers). Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.

    + Solid understanding of revenue cycle management software, physician billing systems, and reporting tools. Proficiency in the Google Suite, especially Google Sheets for data analysis.

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    + Proficiency in revenue cycle management systems and tools.

    + Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Athena, etc.).

    + Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) certification is a strong preference

     

    Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

     

    + Starting Salary: $133,000 - $165,000 (bonus potential ) _*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience_
