    Integrated Supply Chain Specialist Leadership Development Program (LDP) 2026

     

    Introducing our Integrated Supply Chain Specialist Leadership Development Program—a dynamic, rotational experience crafted to shape the next generation of supply chain leaders. For our 2026 cohort, we are excited to offer focused rotations in both logistics and quality, providing a robust pathway for early career professionals eager to make a substantial impact in these critical areas.

     

    Throughout the 2-2.5 year program, participants will immerse themselves in high-priority supply chain functions, gaining hands-on experience with real-world projects that drive operational excellence and innovation. Each rotation is thoughtfully designed to develop core competencies, foster strategic thinking, and build technical expertise specific to logistics and quality—laying the groundwork for a rewarding and versatile career within nVent’s global network.

     

    As a participant, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, learn from experienced mentors, and contribute to initiatives that enhance our end-to-end supply chain. Whether you’re optimizing transportation flows, driving process improvements, or championing product quality, the program ensures a well-rounded foundation and prepares you to excel as an integrated supply chain specialist.

    What You Will Experience in this Position:

    As a part of nVent's Leadership Develop Program, you'll join a cohort of early career professionals supply chain functions. Kickstart your journey in June 2026 with a comprehensive week of onboarding and training, setting the stage for your program. The journey doesn't stop there—our program is designed with your growth in mind:

     

    **Training & Development:** Receive ongoing training throughout the program to hone functional competencies, gain business insights, and develop leadership capabilities.

    **Community** : Dive into nVent's welcoming community! Engage in social, professional, and service-related activities organized by a peer-led committee. Explore our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) for additional networking, professional development, and volunteer opportunities, fostering an inclusive and respectful environment.

    **Mentorship & Networking:** Forge connections with a network of peers, managers, and senior leaders ready to support your growth. Benefit from both formal and informal mentorship as you navigate through the program.

    **Career Opportunities** : Our LDP is your gateway to accelerating your career path, offering firsthand experiences designed to cultivate future leaders.

    You Have:

    Required Qualifications

    + Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations or distribution management or related degree.

    + Graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 and available to begin full time employment in June 2026

    + Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions now or in the future

    + Geographic flexibility both during and upon completion of the program

    + Previous internship, co-op, or work experience preferred

    + Strong verbal and written communications skills

    + Excellent attention to detail and organization skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    + Experience with data analytics and data visualization tools (Tableau, etc.)

    + Proven leadership experience

    + Leadership experience and industry-related internship experience a plus

    Pay Transparency

     

    nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

    Compensation Range:

    $54,300.00 - $100,800.00

     

    Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
