             DESCRIPTION As **Director, Business Development Project Management** , you will be the driving force behind strategic growth initiatives, translating complex data into actionable insights for impactful client presentations. RESPONSIBILITIES + **Strategic Pipeline Management** Assist Business Development Leaders build and manage a robust pipeline. + **Client-Facing Leadership** : Collaborate with Business Development Team to create high-impact presentations that influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes. + **Contract & Pricing Alignment** : Partner with the Deal Desk to ensure pricing accuracy and timely contract execution, aligned with project scope and client expectations. + **Analytics & Measurement Strategy** : Collaborate with the Business Insights team to identify key strategies for data-driven presentations. + **Data-Driven Storytelling:** Assist the Business Development Team in developing client-specific presentations that incorporate relevant analytics to support strategic insights. + **Social Media Execution:** Collaborate with the Social Media team to ensure the CROSSMARK brand story is consistently and effectively communicated across all social media platforms. + **RFP Management:** Will own and manage RFP process, including maintaining and updating the “data bank” of frequently asked questions & answers. + **Manage and Build Presentation and Case Study Library.** QUALIFICATIONS Education + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field required. Experience + 5–8 years of progressive experience in business development project management, with a minimum of 3 years focused on the CPG industry. Skills & Abilities + **Microsoft Office Suite:** Proficient in all applications, including advanced PowerPoint presentation creation. + **Strategic Storytelling** : Skilled in crafting compelling narratives and presentations, including use of AI software. + **Analytical Thinking** : Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and collaborate with the Business Insights team to translate findings into actionable business strategies. + **Relationship Building** : Adept at cultivating long-term, trust-based client relationships. + **Entrepreneurial Mindset** : Self-starter with a passion for innovation and growth. + **Collaborative Leadership** : High energy, positive thinker, confident, and consultative in approach. + **Communication Mastery** : Exceptional interpersonal and writing skills with acute attention to detail. + **Mobility** : Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%.
