CTG’s long-standing Fortune 500 client is seeking a Project Analyst III to support Workplace Services in cleaning up their fixed asset register, standardizing asset naming/tagging, and ensuring audit compliance.

**Job Title:** Project Analyst III

**Location:** Corning, NY

_Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Corning, NY_

**Pay Rate:** Based on experience

**Work Hours:** M-F 8am-5pm

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree required

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead cleanup and reconciliation of ~15,000 fixed assets across multiple facilities.

+ Standardize naming conventions and tagging processes for compliance and traceability.

+ Coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, and manage project schedules.

+ Verify physical assets and prepare accurate documentation for audits.

+ Collaborate with SMEs, finance, and shared services to implement best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

+ 3+ years in finance-related projects, fixed asset management, and reconciliations

+ Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft (v9.2 preferred); S4 migration experience a plus

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

+ Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)

+ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
