    Job Skills / Requirements

     

    Position Name : 2nd Shift Lead

     

    Hours: 4pm-Midnight, Tuesday-Saturday

     

    Pay Rate: $24/hour

    Job Qualifications :

    + Must possess or be able to obtain an Alabama Pistol Permit.

    + Must possess or be able to obtain an Armed Security Officer license issued by the Alabama Security Regulatory Board.

    + A reliable means of communication is necessary.

    + Must have a high school education or suitable equivalent.

    + Must pass a behavioral assessment.

    + Must pass drug screening.

    + Must have a valid, not expired, driver’s license and a good MVR.

    Job Description :

    + Ability to work a flexible work schedule to support 24-hour operations.

    + Responsible for Training your Shift's Team on the protocol and orders issued by SEI and the client.

    + A 3-year minimum of verifiable security experience or verifiable military and/or law enforcement service

    + At least 3 years licensed through verifiable physical security with completed training certificate

    + Self-Motivated with strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

    + Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

    + Must have the ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.

    + Monitor access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment.

    + Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents, employing appropriate actions as identified in established procedures.

    Education Requirements (All)

     

    High School Diploma or equivalent

     

    Certification Requirements (All)

     

    Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses Alabama Security Regulatory Board License, preferred Prior Military Preferred Pistol Permit State Issued Driver's License (Not Expired) Prior Certified Law Enforcement Officer Preferred
