Job Overview: As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead the design and implementation of business systems that support specialty data services. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to define requirements, map complex data flows, and ensure accurate, timely delivery of solutions that enable visibility across the patient journey. Essential Functions: + Under general direction, formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a strong understanding of applicable business systems and requirements. + Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems, considering equipment capacity, limitations, operating time, and desired results. + Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into proper system requirement specifications. + Guide and advise less-experienced Business Systems Analysts. + Work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while evaluating the business impact of technology applications. + Collaborate with engagement managers, data analysts, and offshore teams to configure, test, and validate data flows. + Prepare BRDs and other documentation; monitor data quality during hyper-care periods. Qualifications Required Skills: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. + 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical data environments. + Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. + Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions. + Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and organizational skills. + Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively. + Comfortable collaborating with onshore and offshore teams. Nice-to-Have Skills: + Familiarity with SQL for data querying and validation. + Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools. + Knowledge of pharmaceutical data types (e.g., specialty dispense data, co-pay data). + Background in client-facing implementations or supply chain data projects. + Prior experience in pharmaceutical industry or with competitors. + Understanding of patient journey and specialty data aggregation.
