_This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month._

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Define and communicate the product vision in alignment with the enterprise technology strategy

+ Develop and maintain a product roadmap based on user feedback, business priorities, and technical feasibility

+ Advocate for developer needs and ensure platform solutions are intuitive, scalable, and secure

+ Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to gather requirements and align on priorities.

+ Engage with internal development teams to understand pain points and drive adoption of platform capabilities.

+ Facilitate cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment across teams and initiatives.

+ Translate product strategy into actionable work for engineering teams

+ Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform future iterations.

+ Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and strategic value.

+ Work with security and compliance teams to ensure platform tools incorporate security best practices and compliance requirements by design.

Qualifications

+ 5+ years of relevant experience or combination or education, experience and training

+ Experience in a product management, business analyst, or information technology role

+ Experience in DevOps process with an understanding of automated builds and deployments of code/ cloud based processes

+ Experience in Platform Engineering preferred but not required

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Proven ability working with multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously.
