Job Title** : Industrial Painter **$22-$24/ hr

**Required Skills** :

+ Proven experience in industrial painting, including surface preparation and application techniques.

+ Familiarity with various types of paints, coatings, and finishing materials.

+ Proficiency in using paint application tools and equipment, such as spray guns and rollers.

+ Strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict safety guidelines.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

**Nice to Have Skills** :

+ Experience with specialized coating processes such as powder coating or epoxy applications.

+ Knowledge of environmental regulations related to painting and coatings.

+ Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of industrial maintenance.

**Preferred Education and Experience** :

+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certification in painting technology is a plus.

+ 2+ years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.

**Other Requirements** :

+ Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions, including heights and confined spaces.

+ Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and wear protective gear.

+ Availability for occasional travel to job sites as needed.
