For more information, visit SolomonEdwards Position Summary: We are seeking an accomplished Global Program Manager with deep expertise in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and global payroll systems implementation to lead enterprise-level initiatives across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end program execution—from strategy and planning through deployment and stabilization—ensuring seamless payroll integration, compliance, and system optimization across international business units. This role will collaborate closely with Finance, HR, IT, and regional stakeholders to harmonize payroll operations and standardize processes globally. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong project governance experience, global payroll acumen, and a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional system rollouts in dynamic environments. _This is a hybrid position working onsite in Houston, TX, 3 days a week._ Essential Duties: • Oversee global payroll transformation initiatives, managing multiple concurrent projects focused on ADP Workforce Now deployment and integration with international payroll platforms. • Lead the end-to-end implementation of global payroll systems, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and alignment with corporate policies. • Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to define program goals, timelines, and deliverables. • Serve as the central point of contact for leadership updates, issue escalation, and progress reporting. • Evaluate and improve global payroll processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and scalability. • Manage system interfaces between ADP WFN and third-party platforms, ensuring seamless data flow for payroll, HR, and financial reporting. • Develop and execute change enablement and training plans to support adoption of new systems and processes across global teams. • Maintain adherence to data privacy, SOX, and local regulatory requirements across all payroll jurisdictions. • Collaborate with ADP and other payroll vendors on service delivery, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure program success, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA or PMP certification preferred. • Certifications (Preferred): PMP, Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, or ADP Certified Specialist. • 8+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on global payroll and HRIS implementation. • 5+ years of hands-on ADP Workforce Now (WFN) management experience, including configuration, reporting, and process optimization. • Proven record managing global payroll integrations across multiple countries and vendors (e.g., ADP GlobalView, CloudPay, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday). Skills and Job-Specific Competencies: • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll platforms, data mapping, integration tools, and system testing methodologies. • Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical topics to non-technical audiences. **Travel Requirements:** No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion. **Physical Requirements:** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
