    About the Role You Are Considering

     

    The PSS Evolutions Operations Lead plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of NA CIS PSS opportunities and the ongoing integrity of our opportunity data. This position is critical to supporting our global presales organization by facilitating smooth operational workflows, accurate reporting, and correct resource allocation.

    Your Responsibilities

    Opportunity Inflow Management:

    • Manage the end-to-end process for new opportunities flowing from the PSS portal into the PSS tracker.

    • Ensure timely and accurate triage of all new opportunity.

    • Collaborate with PSS/Sales teams to resolve any data discrepancies or missing information for new opportunities.

    • Opportunity Tracker Maintenance & Accuracy:

    • Review weekly update of opportunity records within the tracker to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

    • Proactively identify and correct inconsistencies, outdated information, or errors in opportunity data.

    • Generate and distribute regular (weekly & monthly) reports on tracker status and key metrics.

    Talent & Time Booking Management:

    • Ensure that PSS staff assigned to specific deals are correctly set up and maintained in the time booking system.

    • Liaise with PSS managers and team leads to verify accurate resource assignments and availability.

    • Address any issues related to time booking setup or data.

    • Actively work with Talent Management and PSS leadership to support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of PSS talent.

    Financial Code Management:

    • Establish and maintain finance codes for opportunities, ensuring they are accurately aligned with the solution progress and internal financial guidelines.

    • Work closely with finance and project teams to reconcile any discrepancies related to financial coding.

    • Ensure proper closure of financial codes upon deal completion.

    Process Improvement & Documentation:

    • Continuously review the PSS tools, process and time system integrations to identify and implement improvements to drive end-to-end efficiency.

    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of overall PSS operational processes and workflows.

    • Maintain up-to-date documentation for all in-scope assigned processes and procedures.

    Team Management:

    • Ensure assigned support staff are trained in in-scope tools and processes.

    • Continuously review shift-left opportunities to assigned support staff .

    • Provide regular performance feedback to assigned support staff and their line manager.

    • Be accountable for the quality of work performed by the assigned support staff.

    Your Experience

    • Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably within an IT, sales, or presales environment.

    • Familiarity with opportunity management systems, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), or similar databases.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.

    • Basic PowerBI skills to recommend and understand reporting capabilities

    • Comfortable learning and adapting to new internal systems and tools quickly.

    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry and record-keeping, with a strong commitment to accuracy.

    • Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Communication: Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various internal stakeholders (presales, finance, project teams).

    • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and resourceful in finding solutions.

    • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
