    Job Description Summary

    As the USCAN Service FP&A Analyst, you will support the analysis, reporting and planning of total USCAN financials focusing on total orders, sales, margin analysis, planning, and fully loaded P&L analytics. You will support key Business Operating Mechanisms (M reviews, MOR reviews, and business reporting mechanisms) and be finance manager for several HQ functions.

    Job Description

    This role reports to the USCAN FP&A Manager and closely partners with the USCAN FP&A team, key business partners, and region finance teams.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop & maintain fully loaded P&L models for the total USCAN P&L at a business, region, & sub-modality level for use in reporting, planning, and analysis of financials reported to GEHC and overall GE.

    + Drive adoption of standard work, automation, and digitalization of key financial reports, operational drivers, and key analysis.

    + Partnership with Regional Finance Managers, FP&A teams, and operational owners on estimates and key drivers.

    + Support planning and strategy discussions for total USCAN business

    + Drive closing & reporting communication (quarter close, M reviews, MOR reviews) for all USCAN finance

    + Ownership of several HQ functions including program spend, headcount and investments

    Qualifications

    + Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related with 6 years relevant experience.

    For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $110,880.00-$166,320.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
