Qualifications you’ll bring: + Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field. + 7+ years of experience in data analysis, quality improvement, or a related field, within the healthcare or health insurance industry. + Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven strategies. + Expertise in HEDIS, Medicare Stars, and New York State QARR measures and reporting. + Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. + Experience with data governance and quality assurance practices. + Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth. + Humility to play as a team. + Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction. Your key responsibilities: + Leading the development and implementation of data strategies to improve HEDIS, Medicare Stars, and New York State QARR performance measures. + Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. + Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis. + Collaborating with clinical and operational teams to design and implement quality improvement initiatives. + Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). + Ensuring data integrity and accuracy by establishing and maintaining robust data governance practices. + Staying current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and quality improvement. + Mentoring and guiding junior analysts in data analysis techniques and methodologies. + Preparing detailed reports and presentations on quality performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders. + Other duties as assigned by leadership **.** + Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
