We are searching for the best talent for an Operations Lead, Digital & Automation to be located in Malvern, PA. This is a hybrid position that requires you to be onsite at least 3 days a week.

Purpose:

The Strategic Operations Lead will serve as a key partner to the Digital and Automation leadership team, driving strategic execution, digital portfolio management, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and is passionate about enabling digital transformation through change management and strong partnerships.

You will be responsible for:

Strategic Planning & Execution

+ Support leadership team in the development, execution and tracking of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.

+ Identify and implement digital solutions and dashboards to enhance team productivity

+ Facilitate leadership team meetings, workshops, presentations, and discussions to drive decision making and efficiency.

Digital Portfolio and Program Management

+ Manage digital project portfolios, including prioritization, milestone tracking, and resource alignment.

+ Drive adoption of digital tools and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

+ Monitor KPIs, risks, and ensure delivery of high-priority programs supporting innovation and digital goals.

Qualifications / Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

+ 7+ years of experience in strategic operations, digital portfolio management, or process improvement within pharma, biotech, or healthcare.

+ Strong project management skills and problem solving using new systems.

+ Proficiency in digital tools such as Power BI, Spotfire/Tableau and collaboration platforms.

+ Excellent communication, change management, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

+ Experience leading cross-functional teams.
